I am excited to announce that our Gluten Free Artisan Bread Bakery 4U, LLC is open now and ready to take online gluten free artisan bread orders.
To order breads, scroll to the bottom of this page to place your order. Please note commercial shipping carriers to do not deliver Sundays or holidays. Mail orders available throughout the US. NEW: We are offering local delivery to 45459, 45458- Centerville and Washington Township, Ohio area ($5 flat fee). Local delivery is only available Saturdays from 10 am to 12 pm. We will add more times in the future.
What makes our breads unique? Certified gluten free and organic flours are used as main ingredients in our breads. These flour contains high levels of nutrients and flavors. Some of the breads contain a sourdough culture (Levain/sourdough) that brings a complexity of flavors and nutrition, and contain a mixture of high quality proteins. The bakery is licensed to do business in US territory, and I am a ServeSafe Certified Manager level 2. The kitchen is 100% gluten free. Please consider that most of our breads are about between 1.4 Lb. to 2 Lb. The price of these certified GF flours are double the cost of regular wheat flours. Thank you.
Please note orders need to be placed Monday to Thursday. This will allow for breads to be baked and shipped the same day with minimum transit delay. Please note commercial carriers do not deliver Sundays or holidays. I strive for a 2 day delivery for bread freshness delivery. The last day of the week to place orders is Thursdays by 8 am. EST.

Return Policy:
All custom made bread sales are final due to food hazards and contamination safety issues. Orders cancelled within one day of the baking and shipping date will result in no refund, but a credit will be given to be used within 60 days. These breads are made to order only. Please note we bake and ship the same day, and our focus is to reduce the transit time with carriers to deliver your custom gluten free breads in optimal condition.
Terms of service:
If your order was received damage, please contact us immediately, and provide us with details of the damage and photos. HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BREAD:
The bread has no preservatives, and is best to slice the bread and place it back in the plastic bag and freeze it inside a freezer bag. Then you can toast or warm the slices of bread as needed and make sandwiches or enjoy the toast with butter and jam.
Storing bread in the refrigerator is not advised because refrigeration dries the food within one day.
If you are serving the whole loaf of bread for a one time meal, then it’s best to lightly spray with mist of water and wrap the loaf in foil. Place the loaf in a pre-heated oven at 350 F, for 8-10 minutes. Just before serving remove the bread from the foil wrap and enjoy.
To cut the bread we use a serrated bread knife, it has a long and thin blade.
